To know more about us, do visit us at: of the Role: As an HR Admin Officer, you will support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations. Serving as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and current employee records. This involves handling documentation, updating databases, and assisting with HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing employee files and facilitating effective communication within the department. As HR & Admin Officer you will: Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks Manage the documentation and onboarding of new employees and ensuring that the statutory compliances are in place. Ensure that the contract renewals are done within timelines Assist in timely completion of Midyear and Annual Appraisals. Manage employee records/ files and updating employee information in the HRIS. Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records. Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Maintain compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Ensure that the Asset are accounted for, assets are purchased and disposed of as per procedure and the Asset register is updated regularly. Attend to any other deliverable as required by the management Apply if you have: Masters degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Administration Knowledge of statutory compliances Experience with HRIS systems and data management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
