Description

We are seeking an HR Advisory professional to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. This role will focus on Distribution Support Services and Consumer Relationship Management, offering strategic HR advice and support to drive business growth.


 


The HR Advisory role is a critical position within our SUPPORT SERVICES-HR-Consumer Relationship Management department. You will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support to our distribution channels, ensuring a positive employee experience and effective talent management. Your strategic insights will contribute to the overall success and growth of the bank's distribution network.



Responsibilities



  • Offer strategic HR advice and support to distribution teams, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the distribution network.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the HR knowledge and skills of distribution staff.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop effective HR strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR, especially in the banking and distribution sectors.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall employee satisfaction.

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for distribution roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.


 


Qualifications


 



  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR advisory role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and regulations, especially in the Indian context.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
