Job Description - HR Analytics

Educational Qualification: Graduate
Key Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving learning outcomes.
- Interpret data from various sources to provide insights into the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel:
- Leverage advanced Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize training metrics and performance indicators.
- Dashboard Maintenance:
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to track key performance metrics related to learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data displayed on dashboards through regular updates and validations.
L&D Operations:
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving learning experiences and outcomes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Employ project management tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel and Dashboard Management
- Experience of Managing Learning Management System (LMS) as Administrator Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on Effectively prioritize tasks and activities based on their impact on project objectives and timelines.
- Make informed decisions about resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for project initiatives.
Verbal & Written Professional Communication:
- Communicate project updates, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through clear and concise verbal and written communication.
- Tailor communication style and content to the needs and preferences of different stakeholders.
