Job Description - HR and Admin Manager

Job Summary:The HR and Admin Manager for Sankar Advanced Mobility solutions pvt ltd will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy aligned with the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast -paced startup environment, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive sectors, and a passion for innovation in the EV industry.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the EV manufacturing sector.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract high -quality candidates.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company’s culture and values.
  • Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

3. Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive performance management system.
  • Guide managers and employees through performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and professional development plans.
  • Identify and address performance gaps through targeted training and coaching.

4. Training and Development:

  • Assess the training needs of employees and develop programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage career development initiatives to promote internal mobility and leadership development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant training in EV technology, manufacturing processes, and safety standards.

5. HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

6. Strategic HR Planning:

  • Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and company culture.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets, including recruitment, training, and employee benefits.

7. HR Technology and Analytics:

  • Implement and manage HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.
  • Use data analytics to monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and inform decision -making.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt HR technology to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM -CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
    • Experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of the EV industry or technology sector is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
