Job Description - HR & Payroll Admin


MMStartup is a pre-startup domain dedicated to Market Research and other R&D activities. Currently, we are conducting integration testing from external websites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and others. Duties



  • Project-Coordination & Administration - 80%

  • Technical & Domain Support - 15-20%



Eligibility Requirements



  • Completion of a degree is required ( Preferred Computer Streams / Domain Stream )

  • Encouragement for MS students seeking Short-term/Long-Term work opportunities (gigs) to apply.

  • Age between 22 and 28 years old.

  • Experience in the Domain areas such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing will be an added advantage. 

  • Experience in Technical areas such as any Program Languages will be an added advantage.



  • The candidate plays a dynamic role in a fast-paced startup environment with multifaceted responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive attitude despite resource constraints.

Qualifications:




  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

  • Initiative-taking by nature, able to see the big picture and can establish the steps to get there

  • Effective planning & communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work multi-task

  • Positive and open to an ever-changing environment

  • Computer savvy with Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)





Roles & Responsibilities :



  • Thriving in a dynamic work environment with intricate instructions and various tasks, adapting flexibly to changes throughout the day while handling sensitive information discreetly and professionally.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Assisting in managing schedules, arranging meetings, maintaining calendars for executives, and providing administrative support for specific projects or tasks assigned by the executive.

  • Managing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries for the executive while handling miscellaneous tasks to support organizational efficiency.

  • Providing extensive administrative support, including tasks like calendar management, appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, file organization, deadline tracking, report/presentation preparation, and assisting in decision-making processes through information and analysis.

  • Drafting and preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

  • Capable of collaborating within a team and working autonomously with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.

  • Assisted in project management by coordinating team members, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines were met, compiling data, conducting research, and preparing information for various projects or initiatives.



  • Continuously improving administrative skills, software knowledge, and industry-specific practices while adapting to changes in procedures and responsibilities and remaining open to learning new methods or tools.

  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion in handling confidential matters.


Wages & Benefits:



  • Between $10 - $15 Hourly ( Based on Assessment / Experience - BOA/BOE )
