Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Payroll Manager to join our team. This critical role will oversee all aspects of human resources and payroll management, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while fostering a positive employee experience. You will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives that support our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing for all employees.
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices that align with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and HR practices.
• Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
• Continuously improve HR and payroll processes for efficiency.
• Prepare reports and metrics related to payroll and HR activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong background in payroll management.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in payroll software and HR management systems (Gusto, ADP, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
