We are seeking a motivated and versatile HR and Recruiter Head to lead our Human Resources and IT Recruitment functions. This role requires a professional with strong skills in HR management, IT recruitment, and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for building and executing HR strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent.

The ideal candidate should bring a balance of strategic HR leadership and hands-on recruitment expertise, particularly in IT hiring. Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Management

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, engagement, performance management, and exit.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Drive employee retention, motivation, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast manpower needs and workforce planning.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on IT hiring.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews, manage assessments, and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
• Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical technical and business roles.

Leadership & Strategy

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership in shaping HR and recruitment strategies.
• Mentor and manage HR and recruitment teams to achieve business objectives.
• Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and productivity.
• Implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

HR Operations & Analytics

• Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems effectively.
• Conduct periodic HR audits and generate HR and recruitment reports.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback frameworks, and support career development.
• Track and analyze HR/recruitment trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Human Resources and IT Recruitment.
• Core Competencies:
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
• Expertise in IT recruitment and managing high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and HRIS tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with operational execution.
