Key Responsibilities:
â Manage end -to -end HR operations and administration
â Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
â Manage employee relations and grievance handling
â Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence
â Support payroll, attendance, and HR documentation
â Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
â Coordinate training and development activities
â Prepare HR MIS reports and analytics
â Work closely with plant operations and leadership teams
