We are seeking an organized and detail -oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Recruitment:*
1. Coordinate job postings and advertising.
2. Source candidates through social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
3. Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
*Employee Onboarding:*
1. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
2. Coordinate new hire orientation and training.
3. Ensure completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
*Benefits Administration:*
1. Manage benefits enrolment and changes.
2. Communicate benefits information to employees.
3. Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
*Compliance:*
1. Maintain up -to -date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Conduct audits to ensure HR records accuracy.
*Employee Relations:*
1. Provide support for employee inquiries and concerns.
2. Assist with conflict resolution and mediation.
3. Foster positive employee relations.
*HR Operations:*
1. Maintain accurate and up -to -date HR records.
2. Process employee data changes and updates.
3. Generate HR reports as needed.
*Other Responsibilities:*
1. Assist with special projects and events.
2. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
3. Participate in HR -related training and development.
Requirements
*Requirements:*
*Education:*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
*Experience:*
- 1 -3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR generalist role.
*Skills:*

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
5. Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
