HR Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee documentation, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  

Employee Documentation

• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
  
• Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
  
• Ensure all employee documentation complies with company policies.
  
• Maintain confidential employee information and HR databases.
  
• Support background verification and document collection for new hires.
  

Employee Engagement

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  
• Organize employee recognition programmes and team-building events.
  
• Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and engagement programmes.
  
• Support communication of HR policies, announcements, and company events.
  
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  

HR Coordination

• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
  
• Assist employees with HR policies, attendance, leave management, and general HR queries.
  
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
  
• Maintain attendance and leave records in the HRMS.
  
• Support HR projects and administrative activities as assigned.
