HR Associate Talent Acquisition & Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Own end -to -end hiring for technical and business roles.
  
• Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean/X -Ray Search, GitHub, referrals, social media, talent communities, and AI -powered sourcing tools.
  
• Proactively headhunt passive candidates and build long -term talent pipelines.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
  
• Conduct HR screening interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  
• Drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns, referral programs, hiring events, and campus engagement initiatives.
  
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, hiring metrics, and candidate records.
  
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and compliance activities.
  
• Stay ahead of recruitment trends, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing practices.
