Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders and managers as the primary HR point of contact for assigned teams.
Own the employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, performance cycles, engagement, and exits.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and PIPs.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
Use HRMS data and people metrics (attrition, engagement, headcount) to surface insights and drive action.
Support organisational design, workforce planning, and internal mobility discussions.
Manage HR operations and compliance workflows through Keka (or equivalent HRMS).
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and with leadership on org-level people decisions.
Coach managers on people practices, team health, and performance conversations.
Ideal Candidate
What We're Looking For
4–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role with business partnering exposure.
Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.
Experience working in a B2B SaaS product company.
Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and performance management frameworks.
Proven experience handling employee relations and sensitive conversations.
Comfort working with HR data and reporting to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
