Job DescriptionIdentify new opportunities to expand the range of HR services, outsourcing and recruitment service.Analyze markets and trends to identify new opportunities.Develop business plans and strategies to enter new markets and increase market share.Build and develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Present business proposals and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.Monitor client needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract clients.Utilize social media platforms to enhance client engagement and expand reach.Manage digital content and analyze performance to improve marketing strategies.Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.· At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on HR, outsourcing and recruitment services.· Experience with social media business development and digital marketing tools.· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to successfully close deals.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Able to achieve sales targets.· Analytical skills and the ability to prepare reports and make data-driven decisions.· Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and marketing analytics tools.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. English fluency is a must.
