Expectations

· Curate Weekly Opportunity Tracker for Talent as per the specified criteria.

Monday to Thursday

o Based on the specified criteria, do a search for the relevant opportunities.

o Need to begin with a baseline focused on input of requisite keywords in job search engines to find relevant job postings of interest.

o Further filter the search as per the specifications.

o Enter relevant opportunities with important details in the Opportunities Tracker as per the given standard format.

Friday:

o Review the opportunities entered existing as on Friday & further.

o Update the tracker accordingly.

o Post the tracker on linkedin profile of 10XTD.

Requirements

· Desired Persona

• Profile who has experience & keen to explore Content Creation based on the lines above.
• Preferably profiles with exposure to tech hiring or HR or content creation
• Overall 2-5 years of experience post-graduation in content creation or HR
• For Profiles who are not employed
• For Profiles who are only into freelancing/ Profiles who are not looking for full time employment

o Hourly Rate

o Billing monthly

Screening Criteria

• Profiles with atleast 2 years plus experience in content curation or HR (preferably recruitment)
• Profiles who currently not employed /not actively looking for employment
• Profiles who are only into freelancing

· Evaluation Process

One assignment which involves

o Curation of a sample Opportunity Tracker as per the criteria mailed.

o Sharing point of view on how the search was done.

o Sharing point of view on why the opportunities were selected.

o Putting together the format of the tracker.

o Sharing the time Required to curate the Tracker.

o Sharing the ‘Sample Opportunities Tracker’.
