Job Description - HR Executive

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 380000 (ie INR 3 - 3.8 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 years

Location: Lower Parel

JobType: full-time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience while tracking key recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, update, and maintain clear and role-specific job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other online channels.
  • Create and send targeted recruiting emails to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability.
  • Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats.
  • Coordinate and administer assignments, assessments, and aptitude tests (numerical, language, and logical reasoning).
  • Post job openings on career pages, job boards, social platforms, and internal channels.
  • Shortlist qualified candidates and share profiles with hiring managers; coordinate with vendors when required.
  • Manage offer rollouts, including salary negotiations and responding to compensation and benefits queries.
  • Handle the complete onboarding process, ensuring timely documentation and smooth candidate joining.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire; publish weekly and monthly dashboards.
  • Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment drives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify current and future hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience in non-IT and end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience managing HR operations and employee onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
