This opportunity at Innow8 is for a proactive and execution -focused HR Executive who will help manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and administrative processes to support the company’s growth. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR documentation, and coordination with leadership and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end -to -end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Source potential candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking platforms
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and role expectations
• Handle employee onboarding processes, documentation, and joining formalities
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication to maintain a positive work culture
• Assist leadership with HR reports, presentations, and coordination for team tasks and administrative activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage recruitment processes and candidate coordination effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Zoho Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint / Canva)
• Basic familiarity with recruitment portals, HRMS, or CRM tools
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to analyze information and maintain accurate HR records
• Self -motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a startup environment
