Job Description - HR Executive

âScreening / Review candidates from RMS / Job portals

Taking first round of telephonic interview of candidates and lining up candidates for next interviews

Handling recruitment cycle e.g. Sourcing, Screening, Interview and Onboarding modules.

Responsible to handling job applications through CRM

Maintaining candidates record on database platform e.g. RMS / CRM / ATS

Requirements

âFresher's can also apply

Min qualification graduation, MBA (HR) are preferable

Age (22 to 28 years old)

Experience Min 3 month in recruitment, bpo, telecalling, customer service.

Candidate should have good communication skills.
