Job Profile
Title: HR Executive
Location: Aurangabad
Department: Human Resources
Reporting to: Executive Assistant
Work Location: On -site
End -to -end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, onboarding
Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.)
Support performance appraisal processes and monthly reviews
Assist in executing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook rollout
Coordinate training, induction, and employee engagement initiatives
Handle grievance redressal and workplace discipline matters professionally
Drive uniform policy, ID issuance, and basic HR operational procedures
Support employee exit process and documentation
Maintain HR MIS and generate reports for management
Liaise with internal teams for manpower planning and hiring
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BCom/BA/Any discipline); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRMS/Zoho People or any digital HR system preferred
