• Experience recruiting blue-collar staff for 5-star hotels or premium coworking spaces
• Proven ability to hire for diverse roles including sales, marketing, and operations
• Managing onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Handling payroll administration
• Overseeing performance evaluations and appraisal cycles
• Driving culture development initiatives
