Job Description - HR Executive

  1. Contractor Payroll
    & Compliance

    • Process payroll for
      contractor / temporary workers.

    • Ensure statutory
      compliances for contractors: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc. (similar to
      roles in manufacturing / industrial settings)

    • Reconcile payroll
      data, coordinate with accounts or payroll service providers.Maintain
      payroll -related records for contractors.

  2. Time & Attendance
    Management

    • Track and maintain
      daily attendance for both blue -collar (shop floor / contract) and
      white -collar staff.

    • Manage leave records,
      overtime, shift schedules.

    • Provide accurate
      attendance inputs for payroll processing.

  3. Recruitment &
    Onboarding

    • Coordinate end -to -end
      recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

    • Prepare and issue
      offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

    • Facilitate induction
      / orientation for new joiners.

  4. Training &
    Employee Development

    • Organize training
      programs (onboarding, compliance, skill development) Track training
      attendance, feedback, and maintain training records.

  5. Employee Engagement
    & Relations

    • Plan and coordinate
      employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.

    • Serve as point of
      contact to address employee queries and grievances.

  6. Statutory Compliance
    & Records Management

    • Ensure compliance
      with relevant labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.) for all employees.

    • Maintain employee
      personal files, statutory registers, attendance, leave, payroll records.

    • Support compliance
      audits and prepare relevant documentation.

Analyze trends (attrition, absenteeism) and provide
inputs to improve processes.


Requirements

Educational , Experience,
Industry/Sector background, Skill Sets Required:

Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources,

Experience: 2–5 years (or as per your requirement) in HR operations / HR
generalist role.

Prior
experience handling contractor workforce / payroll is a plus.

Familiarity
with Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, PT, etc.).

Good
working knowledge of MS Excel, HR software / HRMS preferred.
