Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive end-to-end hiring and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Maintain employee records and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Performance Management: Conduct reviews and support training programs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement
