We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HR Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Consulting / Human Resources sector seeking skilled and motivated HR professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end recruitment activities.
  
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
  
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  
• Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
  
• Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
  
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  

Required Skills

• Talent Acquisition – Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates.
  
• HR Operations – Knowledge of daily HR administration.
  
• Employee Relations – Ability to maintain positive workplace relationships.
  
• Payroll Coordination – Exposure to payroll support and statutory processes.
  
• Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HRMS software.
  
• Familiarity with labour laws.
  
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 4 years of HR experience in recruitment and HR operations. Experience in handling employee lifecycle activities within a consulting or corporate environment is preferred.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (Typical: BBA, B.Com, MBA HR or equivalent)
  
• Preferred: MBA (HR)
  
• Additional Certifications: HR Certification (Preferred)
