We are recruiting a dedicated HR Executive to support our client, a leader in the Defence and Aviation manufacturing sector. The client is actively involved in high -priority government projects, requiring an HR professional who is detail -oriented, compliant, and capable of maintaining the operational excellence expected in this strategic industry. You will manage the end -to -end recruitment lifecycle and support day -to -day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
âEnd -to -End Recruitment: Drive the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial assessments.
â Interview Coordination: Proactively schedule interviews, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
â HR Operations: Manage critical documentation, including the drafting and release of offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and personnel records.
â Compliance: Maintain rigorous standards of documentation and data integrity in alignment with client requirements and government -linked operational protocols.
â Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional communication throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
âCommunication: Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in additional regional languages is a distinct advantage.
â Professional Preference: Male candidates are preferred for this role; however, all qualified applications will be reviewed.
â Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
â Operational Agility: Ability to balance recruitment sourcing with routine HR operational tasks effectively.
Experience -
Educational Qualification:MBA, B.COM, or any other degree.
Experience Level:Fresher or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Skills Required:Knowledge in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
Benefits
â Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill set). Salary will be increased based on performance after 6 months probation period.
