Founded in 1993, the company has grown rapidly in recent years, and now offers a wide range of professional services including dubbing, subtitling, access services, voice casting, translation, song recording, and mixing for movies, web series, TV shows, documentaries, songs, jingles, TVC’s and radio spots. The company also provides training for aspiring voices in techniques to enhance their skills and improve performance in any language.

About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR with experience in handling the employee 

life cycle and is familiar with relevant laws and regulations. Our ideal candidate is someone with 

a background in Psychology and is keenly interested in building a career in training & organisation 

development.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams
  
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. 
  
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and resources. 
  
• Work with the HR team and HOD’s to understand talent development roadblocks
  
• Build the training plan for each team and execute it. This includes content development & execution. 
  
• Facilitate performance reviews for assigned locations. 
  
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology or related field
  
• 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field (freshers willing to learn are also welcome)
  
• Adept at Microsoft office and ability to learn new tech platforms.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
