As part of our HR team, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on HR professional who enjoys working across the employee lifecycle — from HR operations and employee interactions to engagement and people initiatives.
Role Overview
This role is for someone who has built a solid HR foundation over the last 3–5 years and is now ready to take greater ownership, bring ideas to the table, use technology and AI thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, benefits, employee engagement and exit processes.
● Own day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, leave & attendance, HRIS management and data accuracy.
● Serve as a first point of contact for employees, handling HR queries and ensuring a responsive and professional employee experience.
● Drive and support Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition and culture initiatives, bringing creativity and fresh ideas to execution.
● Collaborate with HR Leads and Managers on employee development, recognition and other people initiatives.
● Leverage HRIS, Google Workspace and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, communication, reporting and overall effectiveness.
● Take end-to-end ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively following through and ensuring timely closure.
● Represent HR and the organization professionally across inductions, employee interactions, events and other forums.
Security & Compliance
● Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data and HR records.
● Follow ISO 27001, data privacy, and internal security policies.
● Ensure proper access, documentation, and employee onboarding/offboarding controls.
● Support HR audits and compliance activities.
What We’re Looking For
● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
● 3–5 years of hands-on generalist HR experience, in an IT or technology-driven organization, with exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR operations and employee engagement.
● Strong spoken and written English, interpersonal skills and professional etiquette, with confidence in interacting with people across levels.
● A curious, creative and driven mindset with a willingness to learn, and find better ways of doing things.
● Strong sense of ownership, accountability integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
● Working knowledge of labour codes and compliance requirements relevant to day-to-day HR operations.
