Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and day-to-day HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, HRMS, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.


• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and achieve timely closures.


• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants.


• Conduct screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.


• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and talent pipelines.


• Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.


• Manage end-to-end payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.


• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and LWF.


• Manage payroll reconciliation, audits, employee records, attendance, and leave.


• Handle onboarding, exits, HRMS updates, employee documentation, and HR letters.


• Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs and disbursement.


• Support performance management, KRA/KPI tracking, and appraisal cycles.


• Address employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, and operations.

Requirements & Skills

• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience


• Strong knowledge of Payroll and Labour Laws


• Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations


• Good knowledge of statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF


• Proficiency in Keka HRMS and MS Excel


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills


• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
