We’re scaling our core HR function to support rapid growth across client teams, talent acquisition, and internal operations—looking for a dynamic HR Executive who thrives in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level marketing and operations roles—from sourcing to offer negotiation.


• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and compliance for new hires across multiple project teams.


• Support HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination with finance.


• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment with business goals.


• Organize internal events, culture initiatives, and employee engagement activities to boost retention.


• Maintain HRIS data, employment records, and ensure adherence to local labor laws.
