HR Executive Recruiter

• Oversee the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, such as job boards and employee referrals.
  
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  
• Manage the excel sheet to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  
• Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
  
• Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment processes.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Shift: Monday - Saturday (9.00 to 6.00pm), 2nd and 4th Saturday off
