Role Summary
A reputed organization in the diamond industry is
looking for a dependable and organized HR Executive to support the
day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources department.
The role will involve managing employee documentation, HR
operations, attendance and leave coordination, payroll inputs, employee
records, recruitment support, employee queries and general HR activities.
The ideal candidate should be approachable, detail-oriented
and capable of maintaining confidentiality while handling employee-related
information and routine HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage
day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate
employee lifecycle activities from joining to separation.
- Maintain
accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
- Prepare
and maintain HR documents including offer letters, experience letters and
relieving letters.
- Ensure
timely completion of employee documentation and related formalities.
- Coordinate
with department heads regarding employee-related requirements.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain
and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate
payroll inputs with the concerned team.
- Assist
in salary-related processes and employee queries.
- Ensure
accuracy and timely submission of attendance, leave and payroll-related
information.
- Support
basic payroll and statutory HR processes.
Employee Relations & Coordination
- Address
employee queries, concerns and workplace-related issues.
- Coordinate
with employees and department heads for resolution of routine HR matters.
- Support
employee communication and engagement initiatives.
- Assist
in disciplinary and workplace conduct-related processes.
- Maintain
confidentiality of employee and company information.
Recruitment & Workforce Coordination
- Support
talent acquisition and recruitment activities as required.
- Coordinate
with candidates and departments regarding recruitment requirements.
- Assist
in workforce coordination and manpower-related activities.
- Support
employee onboarding and joining formalities.
HR Compliance & Documentation
- Handle ESIC and other applicable statutory HR documentation.
- Assist
in implementation of HR policies and internal processes.
- Support
statutory and HR compliance requirements.
- Ensure
proper maintenance of HR records and documentation.
Performance, Training & Reporting
- Coordinate
performance review activities.
- Assist
with training and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare
basic HR reports and workforce-related data.
- Maintain
accurate HR MIS and employee-related information.
- Provide
timely HR updates to management as required.
Candidate Requirements
- 0–1
year of experience in HR operations, employee relations or general HR
responsibilities.
- Freshers
with the right qualification and aptitude for HR may be considered.
- Experience
in a manufacturing or workforce-intensive organization will be an
advantage.
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a
related field.
- MBA
/ Postgraduate qualification in HR will be an advantage.
- Basic
understanding of payroll, attendance and statutory HR processes.
- Good
working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge
of HR systems/software will be an added advantage.
- Good
written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong
organizational and coordination abilities.
- Good
interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
- Ability
to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Ability
to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
