Role Overview

We are looking for energetic Talent Acquisition professionals to support rapid hiring across consulting, research, sales, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

- End -to -end recruitment lifecycle management

- Sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals

- Screening and coordination of interviews

- Maintaining candidate pipelines

- Employer branding support

- Offer negotiation and onboarding support

Requirements

Requirements

- 3–5 years experience in recruitment

- Exposure to IT / consulting hiring preferred

- Strong sourcing skills

- Excellent English communication

- Ability to work in fast -paced environment
