HR Executive - Training administration

Roles & Responsibilities :

a. End-to-end Learning & Development administration

b. Training coordination and program administration

c. Stakeholder management across multiple Bosch entities and plants

d. TrainM administration & updates on a daily basis

e. Data reporting, analytics, and governance

f. Vendor and participant management

g. Strong communication and collaboration skills

h. Capability to manage high-volume, pan-India training operations



 

Educational qualification: Any Graduate/Post graduate

Experience : 3-4 years in Training administration

Mandatory/requires Skills : Training administration, working knowledge of LSM, Event management, stakeholder management

Preferred Skills : MS Office and Good communication
