Role Summary

A reputed luxurious resort at Ramnagar is looking for an
experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage the complete HR operations
of the property.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the
hotel/resort industry and should be capable of handling HR responsibilities
independently. The role will not be limited to recruitment; the candidate will
be responsible for employee coordination, grievance handling, payroll
coordination, employee records, and overall HR operations while working closely
with the resort management and departmental hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Manpower Management

• Handle
  recruitment and selection for various departments of the resort.
  
• Coordinate
  with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
  
• Manage
  interview scheduling, selection, joining formalities, and onboarding.
  
• Maintain
  proper employee records and personnel files.
  

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act
  as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
  
• Understand
  and resolve employee concerns and grievances in coordination with
  management.
  
• Maintain
  positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
  
• Coordinate
  employee engagement and welfare activities.
  

HR Operations

• Manage
  day-to-day HR operations of the resort.
  
• Coordinate
  with department heads and the resort hierarchy on employee-related
  matters.
  
• Monitor
  attendance, leave, shifts, and employee records.
  
• Ensure
  proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
  
• Handle
  joining, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities.
  

Payroll & Compliance

• Coordinate
  monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance and salary
  inputs.
  
• Coordinate
  with the accounts/finance team regarding salary-related matters.
  
• Maintain
  payroll and employee documentation.
  
• Support
  statutory compliance and other HR-related documentation as required.
  

General HR Administration

• Maintain
  HR MIS and prepare periodic reports for management.
  
• Ensure
  proper communication of HR policies and management decisions to employees.
  
• Coordinate
  with different departments to address employee-related operational issues.
  
• Support
  management in maintaining discipline and smooth functioning of the
  property.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate
  in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  
• Prior
  experience in the hotel/resort industry is preferred.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of general HR operations beyond recruitment.
  
• Experience
  in employee relations, grievance handling, attendance, payroll
  coordination, and HR administration.
  
• Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong
  coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability
  to work independently and handle sensitive employee matters
  professionally.
  
• Candidates
