Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to
contribute significantly to our company's growth and employee satisfaction. This role demands a
strategic thinker with a proven track record in fostering team engagement, driving learning, and
development initiatives, and building strong employee rapport. The successful candidate will be
responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations,
talent development, and performance management.
Responsibilities
● Team Engagement:
○ Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and
morale.
○ Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for
improvement.
○ Organize team-building activities and social events.
○ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
● Learning & Development:
○ Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and business
objectives.
○ Develop and deliver effective training programs.
○ Manage the performance management process, including goal setting,
performance reviews, and talent development plans.
○ Collaborate with managers to identify and develop high-potential employees.
● Employee Relations:
○ Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
○ Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.
○ Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
○ Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
● HR Generalist Duties:
○ Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
○ Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
○ Administer benefits programs.
○ Provide support for payroll and compensation.
Qualifications
● Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on team
engagement, learning and development, and employee relations.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Proven ability to build relationships and trust with employees at all levels.
● Experience with performance management and talent development programs.
● Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
● Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
