Job Description - HR Generalist


You will join our OPmobility, India Technical Centre Hinjewadi, Pune


 ITC is part of OPmobility Exterior Business Group from where we cater engineering and technical services to customers globally. Currently employing 200+ talented professionals, we have strong plans to grow several folds in next 3-5 years.


Job description



  • Ensure proper induction plan is defined and executed for each external recruitment as well as internal move.

  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • Assist with the preparation of new employee orientation materials/welcome kits.


 



  • Compensation management

  •  Involved in salary review process, ensure market competitiveness and contribute to improve compensation and benefit policies for ITC employees in line with Country and OP policies.


         



  • Employee relations & internal communication         

  •  Ensure 1st level of employee relation with employees and concerned managers.

  • Propose and implement site communication plan with the aim to engage employees

  • Deploy internal communication policy to ensure the employees are informed properly: e.g. Information boards, newsletters, monthly communication meetings, events, rewards etc…

  • Propose creation of new policies where required; and help employee on-boarding on the same after validation and publishing

  • Coordinate site engagement survey and related action plan.


 



  • Competency development & Training

  • With the lead of training specialist managers, ensure employee competency development is in line with business needs.


 



  • Performance management & Talent management

  • Coordinate performance review process, People review process, development review process for the site and ensure proper follow up of defined actions

  • Encourage and manage internal moves through transparent and fair process as defined per corporate and country guidelines.

  • Supervise foreign assignments from India in close cooperation with HR in countries of assignment and OP international mobility department.


 



  • HR admin & reports

  • Liaise as needed with HR Admin team to make sure all HR admin aspects are managed in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Ensure HR reports required at corporate, division, country and site level.



  • Knowledge / Qualification

  • MBA degree required


 



  • Required Experience 

  • 6 to 8 years previous experience in HR Operations
