We work with leading global enterprises, including Capgemini, McKinsey, Abbott, IKEA, Skoda, and Sun Pharma, helping them streamline financial workflows and gain real-time operational insights.


As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Generalist who can drive recruitment while managing core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced startup environment.


Role Overview


We are looking for a high-energy HR Generalist with strong recruitment capabilities who can manage end-to-end hiring while supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and people processes.


This role requires someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, collaborating closely with leadership and business teams.



Requirements

1. Talent Acquisition



  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.


  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.


  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.


  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.


  • Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding processes.


  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.


2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle



  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit processes.


  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy (Zoho People preferred).


  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.


  • Ensure HR documentation and internal processes are organized and compliant.


3. Employee Engagement & Culture



  • Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and workplace culture.


  • Help conduct employee feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement programs.


  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.


4. HR Process Improvement



  • Continuously improve HR and recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.


  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring effectiveness.


  • Work closely with leadership to support HR initiatives aligned with business growth.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



  • Time-to-hire and quality of hire


  • Candidate experience and interview process efficiency


  • Offer acceptance rate


  • Employee onboarding experience


  • HR process accuracy and compliance


Skills



  • Strong sourcing and recruitment skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking).


  • Understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance basics.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.


  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.


  • Experience in startups, SaaS, fintech, or technology companies preferred.


  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles.
