HR Generalist

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist with good recruitment experience who can handle hiring as well as day-to-day HR activities. The role will involve working closely with employees, managers, and candidates to ensure the overall HR process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

  
  


• 
  

  Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

  
  


• 
  

  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate follow-ups.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure selected candidates complete their joining formalities.

  
  

HR Generalist Activities

• 
  

  Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle attendance, leave, and regular employee queries.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with payroll for monthly HR inputs.

  
  


• 
  

  Support performance appraisal and performance management activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events.

  
  


• 
  

  Support implementation of HR policies and processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle employee concerns and coordinate with management where required.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain HR trackers, reports, and basic MIS.

  
  


• 
  

  Support other day-to-day HR activities as required.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  2+ years of experience in HR Generalist / Recruitment roles.

  
  


• 
  

  Good hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working with employees as well as hiring managers.

  
  


• 
  

  Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.

  
  


• 
  

  Someone who is approachable, responsible, organized, and willing to take ownership.
