Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience at every stage.
  
• Administer and optimize HR Management Systems (HRMS) to maintain accurate records and streamline data processes.
  
• Oversee Performance Management Systems (PMS), facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  
• Design and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities and leadership skills.
  
• Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention through targeted activities and communication strategies.
  
• Spearhead large-scale recruitment drives and bulk hiring efforts to meet rapid business expansion needs.
  
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  
• Handle end-to-end payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement while maintaining strict compliance with labor laws.
  

• Minimum of seven years of professional experience in human resources, preferably within the IT Services sector.
  
• Proven expertise in managing the entire employee lifecycle effectively.
  
• Strong proficiency with HRMS and Performance Management System (PMS) platforms.
  
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful Training & Development interventions.
  
• Track record of successfully driving Employee Engagement programs.
  
• Experience in managing Bulk Hiring projects and complex recruitment cycles.
  
• Solid knowledge of Payroll Management processes and compliance requirements.
