Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team during our night shift from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, supporting our employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM).
