Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Solutions

Private Limited in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible

for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overseeing

HR management. The role will involve day-to-day HR tasks and providing support to

both employees and management.

Qualifications'

 Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

 Experience in HR management and administration

 Familiarity with HR policies and regulations

 Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

 Excellent organizational and time management skills

 Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

Weekly Offs: Sunday

Monthly Bonus: Provided

Transport Allowance: Provided
