Job Description - HR Head

Role Purpose

The HR Head
will be responsible for building a high -performance organization capable of
scaling from the current team size to more than 150 employees over the next few
years.

The role combines
strategic HR leadership with hands -on execution.

The successful
candidate will own recruitment, performance management, organizational
development, learning & development, employee engagement, HR operations,
compliance, and AI -enabled people processes.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

Partner with founders on
organizational planning.

Develop the long -term people
strategy.

Support business expansion.

Improve organizational
effectiveness.

Develop future leaders.


Talent
Acquisition

Own end -to -end recruitment.

Build hiring processes.

Improve quality of hiring.

Reduce hiring turnaround time.

Strengthen employer branding.

Lead the recruitment team.


Performance Management

Design and improve performance
management systems.

Implement goal -setting frameworks.

Drive accountability across teams.

Conduct performance review cycles.

Improve manager capability.

Ensure performance conversations
are objective and measurable.


Learning & Development

Build learning programs.

Develop leadership capability.

Improve onboarding.

Create internal training frameworks.

Develop career progression paths.

Increase employee capability.


Organization Culture

Strengthen ownership culture.

Improve employee engagement.

Increase collaboration.

Promote transparency.

Build trust across departments.

Lead change management initiatives.


HR
Operations

Own HR policies.

HR compliance.

Attendance.

Leave management.

Payroll coordination.

Employee lifecycle management.

HR documentation.

HRIS management.


AI & Digital Transformation

Lead AI adoption across HR.

Work alongside external
consultants.

Identify automation
opportunities.

Implement AI -driven HR
workflows.

Improve efficiency using

Develop data -driven HR decision

Employee
Relations

Handle grievances.

Coach managers.

Resolve conflicts.

Support difficult conversations.

Maintain a positive workplace.


Leadership Partnership

Act as strategic advisor to
