Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s in HR or Healthcare Management preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare organization.
Proven expertise in hospital management systems, healthcare compliance (e.g., NABH, ISO, HIPAA), and medical workforce regulations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and industrial relations specific to the Indian healthcare sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations in high -pressure, clinical environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with both clinical and administrative teams.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and digital tools used in healthcare HR operations.
Strategic thinker with a data -driven approach to HR decision -making and organizational development.
Ability to lead change, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards in a patient -centric, regulated environment.
