HR Head needed in a Manufacturing Company based in Bhowanipore, Kolkata.

Immediate Joining.

Only Male candidates needed.

Candidate should have done MBA in HR.

Should have 8+ years working experience in Steel Industry.

Should have overall 15+ years experience working in Manufacturing / Steel Industry.

Should be well equipped in Labor Laws and handling union issues.

Should have worked in a Leadership role - Manager or Head.

Should have handled a team.

Ensuring smooth functioning and resolving all HR related issues.

Attendance, Salary payout, Appraisals, Grievances etc to be handled efficiently.

Anyone residing in Kolkata or willing to relocate to Kolkata can apply.

They should posses the desired experience and skills.

Background verification will be conducted for selected candidate.
