HR Head - Textile Spinning

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead the entire HR function of a Textile Spinning Mill. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing large -scale workforce operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a productive industrial relations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end -to -end HR operations for the plant
  
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  
• Handle large blue -collar workforce management (operators, technicians, helpers)
  
• Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive shop -floor culture
  
• Ensure full compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
  
• Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce optimization
  
• Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance systems, and shift planning
  
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and union interactions (if applicable)
  
• Build strong HR systems, policies, and processes

• MBA / MSW in Human Resources
  
• Prior experience as HR Head / Senior HR Manager in Textile or Manufacturing sector
