HR IT Executive (Successfactors - Employee Central & SAP Payroll)

Job Summary:Responsible to coordinate for Successfactors & SAP Payroll for day-to-day operations/maintenance and new developments· Ensure smooth coordination with consultants and IT team for daily operations of SuccessFactors and SAP-PayrollKey Responsibilities:Coordinate with SAP consultants for testing, bugs, and resolutions for existing and future modulesDevelop an effective mechanism to handle issues and developmentsEvaluate the performance evaluation of the Implementation/AMC partnerResponsible for maintaining and updating the system documentationProvide continuous HR IT help desk support to Payroll Areas / SBUs / Functions (Administrator)Develop/Maintain reports and dashboards from Success factorsMaintain user manuals and training for the usersAnalyze and implement system updates provided by SAPDriving and implementing new modulesSuccessfactors – Functionality and Master Data Audit
