Job Description - HR Lead

Two Circles

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

People Lead

The People Lead – India will provide on-the-ground People leadership for our growing Hyderabad team while helping to establish and evolve a scalable People Operations hub. This role blends local People ownership with global operational alignment, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong governance, and a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and support hiring and talent coordination for the India team.
  • Act as the primary People partner for Hyderabad managers and employees.
  • Lead pulse checks and engagement initiatives locally.
  • Support Academy coordination and development activity.
  • Design and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding strategy.
  • Ensure local implementation and alignment of global policies.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Own People systems integrity and HR data accuracy.
  • Provide internal communications support for People initiatives.
  • Contribute to building a scalable People Operations / Centre of Excellence model over time.

Experience & Skills

  • 10-12 years’ experience in HR / People roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment practices and compliance.
  • Experience working in or supporting a global organisation.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Comfortable building new processes and improving existing ones.
  • High ownership mindset with the drive to create and evolve structure.

**You must live in Hyderabad or be willing to relocate for this role.
