About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and process -driven HR & Operations Lead to manage end -to -end HR and payroll operations, drive SOP implementation across departments, and lead learning and development initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive work culture, aligning people and processes with business goals, and empowering teams through structured training, clear workflows, and consistent HR practices. You'll also lead a capable HR team and manage the Zoho HR suite effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
â Manage payroll, employee lifecycle, and compliance using Zoho People & Zoho Payroll
â Lead HR team and ensure delivery excellence in all HR functions
â Drive SOP creation and implementation across departments using Zoho Learn
â Run L&D programs and manage training paths via Zoho Learn
â Improve employee experience, culture, and performance systems
â Ensure HR compliance and accurate reporting
Requirements:
â 3+ years in HR operations with team leadership experience
â Mandatory: Experience with Recruitment, Payroll, L&D, SOPs and Workforce Management.
â Familiarity with Zoho People, Zoho Payroll & Zoho Learn will be a plus.
â Strong in process implementation, compliance, and cross -functional coordination
â Excellent communication, leadership, and problem -solving skills
