HR Lead & TA Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

• Manage end -to -end staffing for business -critical roles in partnership with hiring managers.
  
• Support workforce planning, role scoping, and timely closure of open positions
  
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  

• Own employee benefits administration including insurance, leaves, reimbursements, and HR policies
  
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, policies, and HR processes
  
• Ensure accurate employee records, documentation, and compliance with HR processes
  

• Support learning and development initiatives including onboarding, training programs, and skill development
  
• Partner with managers on performance management processes and employee growth plans
  
• Identify capability gaps and help drive people development initiatives.
  

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture -building activities
  
• Support onboarding, off boarding, a​nd overall employee lifecycle programs
  
• Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace
  

• Track and report key HR metrics such as staffing timelines, attrition, engagement indicators, and learning participation
  
• Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements to people practices
  

Requirements

• 4 -5+ years of experience in recruitment, with
  hands on to employee engagement initiatives
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
  skills
  
• Hands -on experience with job portals, ATS, and reporting
  metrics and good with analytics
  
• Experience in IT / services / startup
  environments is a plus
