Job Title: HR – Learning & Development (Consultant)

Hospital: Apollo Spectra Hospitals

Job Type: Full -Time

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute learning & development programs
Conduct staff induction and ongoing training
Manage compliance -related trainings and documentation
Coordinate with departments for skill development needs
Maintain training records, reports, and MIS
