End-to-end Recruitment – Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers for timely closures.

Onboarding & Induction – Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new hires.

Attendance & HRMS Management – Monitor attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate data in the HRMS.

Payroll, FNF & Statutory Compliance – Oversee salary processing, full & final settlements, and ensure legal compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling – Plan engagement activities and handle employee concerns professionally.

Performance Appraisal & Policy Making – Drive appraisal cycles and contribute to developing and implementing HR policies.

Team Handling & Exit Management – Supervise HR team activities and manage employee offboarding and exit interviews.
