We’re looking for
an experienced HR Manager to lead core HR operations and drive
people management strategies within our fast-paced IT organization. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership with expertise in performance management, employee relations, compliance,
engagement, and organizational development — while also overseeing recruitment
strategy as a secondary function.
This is a management-heavy
role designed for someone who can align HR initiatives with business
goals, support leadership, and create a high-performance work environment as we
scale.
· Lead and manage the HR function across the employee
lifecycle — onboarding to exit
· Work closely with leadership on HR planning, policy design, and
workforce strategy
· Drive performance management cycles, OKRs, and
continuous feedback frameworks
· Support line managers in handling employee relations,
disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
· Oversee HR compliance, including labor laws, audits,
PF, ESIC, POSH, and statutory filings
· Manage internal HR operations — letters, documentation,
leaves, attendance, HRIS upkeep
· Implement employee surveys, pulse checks, and culture-building
initiatives
· Own compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and
reward frameworks in collaboration with Finance
· Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to senior
management
· Coach and mentor junior HR staff or business partners as part of the HR
team
· Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce
planning
· Oversee mid- to senior-level hiring, mostly technical
and functional roles
· Guide the TA team or external partners in driving sourcing strategies
· Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from screening
to onboarding
· Maintain hiring metrics (TAT, source of hire, offer-to-join ratio)
· Work on employer branding initiatives and employee
referral programs
· 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a people
management capacity
· Proven success in HR leadership roles within IT/Tech companies
· Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, Indian
labor laws, and statutory requirements
· Experience working with HRIS systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Zoho, or similar)
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence leadership, and
maintain a people-first approach
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
· HR certifications like SHRM, SPHR, or similar are a plus
